A fun and friendly family with two busy children, aged 9 and 5, are seeking a highly organised and proactive House Manager to join them on a weekly basis in their stunning, state-of-the-art home.
Following their recent move, the family is looking for someone who enjoys creating and implementing systems to ensure the smooth running of a busy household. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting family routines and logistics, helping to take the day-to-day household management off the mother's shoulders so she can focus on her family, business and children's extracurricular activities.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach, anticipating the family's needs and creating a well organised weekly routine. With the father frequently travelling for work, the House Manager will work closely with the mother to ensure everything runs seamlessly. A warm, maternal nature and previous experience working with families are important.
The role will include supporting the children after school and during school holidays, so the successful candidate should be warm, empathetic and confident around children. Basic cooking skills and a good understanding of food hygiene are also required.
The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have excellent organisational skills and enjoy creating a calm, efficient and well run home.
