Bidwells is seeking a motivated Graduate to join the Energy & Renewables team in Oxford to start early 2027. You'll gain hands-on experience across a diverse portfolio including Solar PV, BESS, onshore/offshore wind, and green hydrogen, while working with industry experts and pursuing RICS Chartered status.
You'll join a two-year graduate development program designed to build technical and commercial acumen, client delivery skills and professional confidence.
