• Take ownership of generating new business across both B2C and B2B sectors, engaging directly with homeowners, SMEs, landlords, facilities managers, and developers.
• Conduct in-person and virtual consultations to identify customer needs and present tailored solar and insulation solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from sourcing and qualifying leads through to delivering product demonstrations, outlining financial returns, and ultimately closing deals.
• Maintain detailed CRM records and structured follow-up processes to maximise conversion.
• Exceed monthly revenue and activity targets while staying informed on incentives, grants, and compliance requirements in the renewable energy market.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, ensuring customers receive clear, confident, and knowledgeable guidance.

• Proven background in field sales, direct sales, B2C energy solutions, home improvements, or B2B consultative selling.
• Confident communicator with the ability to translate technical information into simple, customer-friendly explanations.
• Comfortable generating leads, attending appointments, and closing high-value deals.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to articulate ROI, payback periods, and cost saving benefits.
• Self motivated, target driven, and determined to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Full UK driving licence.

Salary: Competitive base salary (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission.
