Enjoy a 4-day week while working in a stable, specialist manufacturing environment.
Every Friday is yours, so you can have more time for yourself without sacrificing your career or salary! You'll work standard hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 4:45pm, giving you long weekends and better work-life balance.
At the same time, you'll stay engaged with hands on technical work across high quality PCB assembly, where you'll sharpen your process and quality control skills.
Wave soldering is a highly skilled process, and you'll take ownership of setting up, programming, and maintaining the machines. That means using your technical expertise in PCB manufacturing, optimizing flux ratios, solder profiles, and fine tuning assembly processes to improve yield and efficiency.
You'll be trusted to inspect boards for defects and ensure compliance with industry standards like IPC A 610, building your quality assurance knowledge. And with routine maintenance tasks like dross removal and filter cleaning, you'll deepen your understanding of how to keep automated systems running smoothly.
This isn't repetitive machine work - you'll have technical variety and the chance to influence process performance every day.
