    Location: Honolulu, HI (on-site) or Remote with 20% travel

    Type: Full-time

    Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000/year (DOE) bonus benefits

    Step into a pivotal role overseeing end-to-end delivery of commercial renewable projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and success in Hawaii's fast-paced clean energy market. You'll manage budgets, timelines, teams, and stakeholders to bring sustainable infrastructure online.

    Core Responsibilities
    • Lead projects from site assessment and permitting through procurement, construction, and commissioning.
    • Develop and track budgets, schedules, and resources; deliver weekly updates and monthly forecasts.
    • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, field teams, clients, utilities, vendors, and authorities.
    • Mitigate risks, handle scope changes, and maintain documentation (RFIs, RFPs, submittals, change orders, as-builts).
    • Secure permits, licenses, and inspections; support commissioning to meet performance standards.
    • Drive continuous improvements in workflows, templates, and processes.
    Required Qualifications
    • 5 years in project management or engineering on solar, BESS, or construction projects.
    • Strong grasp of construction drawings, permitting, utility interconnection, and contracts.
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel focus); exceptional problem-solving and communication.
    • Highly organized, adaptable multitasker with a proactive mindset.
    • Valid driver's license, clean record, and personal vehicle required.
    Preferred Skills
    • Turnkey renewables experience in fast-paced settings.
    • Knowledge of Hawaii permitting, energy codes, and interconnection processes.
