    We re looking for an experienced Solar Installation Project Manager (experienced in Solar PV) to join a dedicated, and expanding company, based in Beckenham, KENT. The ideal person is a technically minded individual able to balance complete professionalism with practical, on-site leadership.

    The Solar Installation Project Manager role oversees the full delivery cycle and lead the company s post-sales residential and commercial solar PV and battery installations from yes to switched on .

    The successful applicant will be responsible for customer onboarding, scheduling, installation, commissioning, snagging and aftercare, making sure every project is delivered on time, on budget and on point.

    What you ll be doing

    • Managing the full lifecycle of up to 10 solar PV and battery installs per month
    • Coordinating 1 2 installation teams plus trusted subcontractors
    • Overseeing logistics, scaffolding and equipment procurement
    • Acting as the main point of contact for customers (clear, calm and proactive communication is key)
    • Providing technical oversight across solar PV, battery storage and EV charging systems
    • Supporting teams on-site when needed with hands-on problem solving
    • Producing post-installation certification and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
    • Maintaining documentation, improving processes and collaborating on Health & Safety

    You will already be comfortable working across platforms such as SolarEdge, Enphase Energy and GivEnergy, and confident using job management and CRM software (such as Jobber or similar tools).

    What we re looking for

    • Minimum 3 years experience in the solar PV industry
    • Strong technical knowledge of solar PV, battery storage and EV charging
    • Experience managing installation teams and subcontractors
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects without juggling actual flaming torches
    • Excellent customer-facing communication skills
    • Full UK driving licence (van driving essential)

    Electrical qualifications (NVQ/City & Guilds), solar certifications and SSSTS/SMSTS are desirable but not essential.
