We are currently looking for a Construction Manager who thrives on real responsibility, real teamwork, and real impact.
What You'll Do:
Lead the construction phase of C&I, utility-scale solar PV projects across Europe.
Oversee site operations, subcontractor and supplier coordination, HSE compliance, and scheduling.
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards.
Represent Vindo Solar on-site - with professionalism, directness, and integrity.
Travel to project sites (Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and other EU countries).
What You Bring:
Solid experience in construction/project management of solar PV.
Strong understanding of HSE regulations and construction best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills - you lead from the front.
Ability to work hands-on and adapt in a fast-moving project environment.
Fluency in English (Dutch/German a plus).
