Renewable Service Engineer - Bedford
Our client, based in Bedford, has a brand-new and exciting opportunity for a Renewable Service Engineer to join their growing team. This role requires a strong working knowledge of solar and renewable energy systems, along with experience in generators, electrical systems, and diesel-powered equipment.

This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of a leading company in the innovative and rapidly expanding renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventative maintenance, servicing, health checks, MPBA Electrical and Solar PV Testing, in line with company guidelines and legislative requirements (mandatory MPBA & Solar PV training will be provided).
Install and set up renewable products at customer sites.
Complete site handovers, working alongside the Product Support team to ensure successful installation and providing coaching to site team members on equipment use and maintenance.
Sign off completed sites, ensuring all equipment is fully operational and that site agents are confident in managing and maintaining systems.
Perform repairs on renewable products as required.

Skills & Experience Required
18th Edition Electrical qualified
MBPA Level I & II certified
Earthing & Bonding qualified
Solar Photovoltaic (PV) certification
Proven experience working with generators and diesel systems
Driving Licence required
