    Brighton Energy Co-op are seeking a Solar Project Developer/Technical Sales Specialist to join their team and expand their partnerships with large building owners across the South East. This role is perfect for someone passionate about community energy who wants to drive the growth of renewable energy projects. Applicants need to be based in the Brighton & Hove area.

    Responsibilities
    • Develop and manage partnerships with large building owners across the South East to grow solar projects.
    • Convey key sales messages effectively in multi-month email and phone conversations to guide clients through the development pipeline.
    • Collaborate with the team to address compliance/technical challenges and discuss solutions informed by technical and regulatory requirements.
    Qualifications / Key Skills
    • An ability to persuade on the phone and maintain multi-month email and phone conversations to support the development pipeline.
    • Compliance/technical understanding and problem solving, with the ability to contribute to team discussions informed by technical and regulatory requirements.
