    Alecto Recruitment is proud to be working with a fast-growing electrical contractor based in Hampshire, as they expand their renewables division. We're looking for a Project & Sales Manager with a solid foundation in sales, business development, and project management who's ready to take the reins and drive success in the solar PV sector.

    The Role:

    As Project & Sales Manager, you will be managing everything from system design and procurement to installation and commissioning. You'll also support the business development strategy, building relationships, generating leads, and helping to grow the renewables division as it continues its expansion.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales & Business Development:

    • Support sales activities and attend client meetings/site visits
    • Prepare accurate, compelling quotes and proposals
    • Build strong relationships with new and existing domestic/commercial clients
    • Carry out detailed site surveys and design tailored solar PV systems
    • Negotiate pricing/contracts with the Technical Director's support
    • Manage leads and oversee the sales pipeline

    Project Management:

    • Take ownership of solar PV projects from design to commissioning
    • Ensure all projects comply with MCS and Health & Safety standards
    • Act as the main client contact throughout the project lifecycle
    • Source materials and schedule labour efficiently
    • Handle issues proactively and ensure top-tier service

    What We're Looking For:

    • Proven experience in project sales management within renewables or solar PV
    • A proactive, confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
    • Organised and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of solar technologies
    • Able to work independently and drive projects forward from start to finish
