    A well-established, innovative, and highly successful estate agency based in London, N13, is currently recruiting for a proactive and experienced Management/Accounts Coordinator. Working with like-minded, team-oriented, and ambitious individuals, the role will involve the following key duties and require the following attributes:

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    1. Dealing with maintenance enquiries.
    2. Processing payments to landlords.
    3. Carrying out property inspections.
    The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills:
    • At least 6-12 months of experience in a similar role within the property industry.
    • Confident, well-presented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • CFP trained.
    • This is a busy role requiring someone who is highly motivated, passionate, and capable of working under pressure, with the ability to multi-task without compromising quality or service levels.

    Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

    Salary range: £30,000 - £35,000, with use of pool cars for business use.
