Generation UK is seeking a hands-on leader to head a team of maintenance technicians on an offshore wind site. You'll translate site plans into safe, effective daily and weekly execution, coordinating people, vessels, tools and contractors while developing your team.
You'll partner with the Operations & Maintenance Manager and broader site functions to deliver planned and corrective maintenance, ensure safety, and drive reliable asset performance.
