Voyage Care is recruiting for an Enhanced and Complex Care role in Datchworth Green. The position offers a pay of £13.31 per hour with day shifts from 7am to 10pm and waking night shifts from 10pm to 7am.
No prior care experience is required, and you will receive specialist interventions and mandatory training before the service opens. You will provide reassurance, support personal care, and promote independence while using trauma-informed approaches to respond to complex needs.
