Want to build a career in project management, with real ownership from day one and a manager who'll help you grow? Our client is a well-established, growing UK business with a large property portfolio. It's building up a fast-growing energy and infrastructure division, covering solar, EV charging and battery storage, and that's where you'll sit.

You'll report to the Head of Infrastructure and run a varied mix of projects. You'll start with the simpler ones and take on more complex work as you grow. Typical projects:

    • Reviewing existing solar installations and finding ways to get more value from them, including setting up simple systems to track the data
    • Designing processes for EV charging, such as calculating and allocating electricity costs
    • Setting up AI automations to make everyday processes faster and simpler
    • Occasional site visits during equipment or software rollouts

You'll work in a small, flat team alongside the CEO, legal, portfolio and operations teams, as well as a range of external partners. The business encourages the use of AI and modern tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor.

We are looking for someone who has:

    • Some real commercial experience with stakeholder management experience.
    • Proactive, organised and comfortable working on your own initiative
    • Articulate and confident with a wide range of people
    • Comfortable with technology and keen to use AI, while still thinking critically
    • Able to point to projects or improvements you've delivered

A background in property, project coordination, tech or IT would be useful, but it isn't essential. The industry knowledge can be learned on the job. A driving licence is helpful but not required.

    • £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience
    • Work from home, with regular in-person catch-ups with your manager
    • A local co-working space paid for if you'd rather not work from home
    • Life cover, critical illness cover, health insurance and pension
    • A clear path to grow into more complex project work
