An excellent opportunity for an experienced Solar Electrician to join an ambitious renewable energy business specialising in high-end Solar PV and Battery Storage installations. With opportunities to develop across Tesla, Sigenergy and other advanced energy storage technologies, this is a fantastic opportunity for an electrician looking to take ownership of installations and progress into a senior position as the business expands.

The company has been established by experienced renewable energy professionals and is building a strong reputation for delivering technically demanding Solar PV and Battery Storage projects across domestic, commercial and agricultural environments. With ambitious plans to expand into commercial projects, heat pumps, air conditioning and wider clean energy technologies, they are looking for motivated electricians who want to join at an early stage, take responsibility and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

As a Lead Solar Electrician, your responsibilities will include:
Leading Solar PV and Battery Storage installations across domestic, commercial and agricultural projects
Installing and commissioning Tesla, Sigenergy, Fox and other advanced battery storage systems
Taking ownership of installations on site, working alongside another electrician or improver to ensure projects are completed safely and to a high standard
Carrying out electrical testing, fault finding and commissioning while maintaining excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction

The successful Lead Solar Electrician should have:
Proven experience installing and commissioning Solar PV and Battery Storage systems
NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, ECS Gold Card and relevant Solar PV and Battery Storage qualifications
Strong technical electrical knowledge with the confidence to lead installations and resolve technical issues independently
Excellent work ethic, attention to detail and a genuine ambition to develop within a growing renewable energy business
