Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 + Overtime + Stop-Out Bonuses

Are you a qualified Domestic Electrician with Solar PV experience looking for your next opportunity?

A growing renewable energy contractor is seeking experienced Solar PV Electricians to join its expanding team. Working on domestic renewable energy installations across the UK, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality solar and battery storage systems while benefiting from excellent earning potential, nationwide project exposure, and genuine career development opportunities.

The Role

• Installation and wiring of Solar PV systems (AC & DC)
• Consumer unit upgrades and protection device installations
• Installation and commissioning of inverters, isolators, generation meters, battery systems and monitoring equipment
• Electrical testing, inspection and certification
• Fault finding, maintenance and remedial works on existing systems
• Ensuring compliance with BS7671, MCS standards and health & safety requirements
• Working alongside installation and roofing teams to deliver quality installations
• Completion of certification, reports and project documentation

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
• ECS Card
• Solar PV qualification
• Battery storage experience desirable
• Minimum 2 years' Solar PV installation experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away when required
