Renewable Electrician - Domestic Installations & EV Chargers

What you can do for us:

• Working on renewable energy and heating installations, primarily in domestic settings, for Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV installations, and EV charging points.
• First and Second Fix Electrical Installations, primarily in domestic settings around Daventry.
• Carrying out NICEIC electrical installation certificates (EIC)
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems while observing all statutory and legal requirements.
• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrotechnical Course
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Experience with renewables: PV panels, EV chargers and heat pumps
• Upholds the values of the organisation, acting with professionalism and integrity when assisting customers.
• Builds strong relationships within teams with a shared goal around the mission and vision of the organisation.
• Demonstrates 'emotional intelligence' by having the capacity to control and express one's emotions to handle interpersonal relationships with empathy.
• Deploys a structured communication process to filter information throughout the organisation, with excellent verbal and written skills
• Eager and willing to learn and development yourself for a career in the Electrical Renewables Industry
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
