    About you
    • NEBOSH Certificate and a minimum Level 3 Health & Safety qualification
    • 3-5 years' experience within manufacturing, engineering, or operational environments
    • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental management systems
    • Experience conducting audits, investigations, and compliance activities
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and implement improvements
    • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with Q-Pulse or similar systems is desirable but not essential
    What you'll do
    • Drive continuous improvement of Quality and HSE management systems
    • Monitor compliance with policies, standards, and regulations
    • Advise managers and stakeholders on legislation and best practices
    • Lead internal audits and support external review activities
    • Investigate incidents and non-conformances, ensuring effective corrective actions
    • Produce reports, safety alerts, and performance metrics
    • Support change management and ongoing improvement projects
    • Promote a safety-first culture across the organisation
