What you'll be doing: The Local ECO Manager will manage and develop the Education, Communications and Outreach, and Social Value function for the contracts, and ensure strategic project plans are delivered to a high standard, demonstrating measurable results to meet objectives.You will work closely with the Area ECO Manager and lead a team of ECO and Social Value Officers to develop community engagement and social value projects to change resident behaviours, improve recycling rates and embed our contracts within the local community and will be responsible for the budget, timeline and quality of their delivery. You will also be the day to day point of contact for the client and site management team and have responsibility for developing staff wellbeing events and engagement in collaboration with the local contract teams.
