Wates Property Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Planned Maintenance and Renewables team covering Carlisle and the wider Cumbria region, including the Lake District, Whitehaven and Workington.
You will oversee delivery of a multi-contract social housing programme, managing scaffolding, Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV and window/door replacement works across occupied stock, ensuring safety, programme and budget.
