Bid Manager - Environmental

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

We are working with an established and growing environmental remediation contractor delivering technically challenging projects across the UK. With a strong reputation for soil and groundwater remediation, decommissioning, demolition and enabling works, the business is now looking to strengthen its commercial team with a Bid Manager.

As Bid Manager, you will play a key role in developing winning tenders and supporting business growth. You'll coordinate bid submissions, interpret client requirements, develop compelling proposals, work with technical and operational teams, and ensure submissions are accurate, commercially robust and delivered on time.

• Experience in bid management/tendering, ideally within environmental, remediation, construction or a related sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Full UK driving licence
• Full right to work in the UK
• Must live in or near Essex
