Havens Hospices is seeking a Shop Manager for our Canvey Island store to lead a team of staff and volunteers in delivering an inspiring, welcoming shopping experience and driving ethical, sustainable retail income for hospice care.
You'll recruit and motivate volunteers, manage stock and budgets, champion Gift Aid, and ensure compliance with Fire and Health & Safety regulations while delivering excellent customer service and community engagement.
