Environmental Services Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Environmental Services Manager.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 17:00

Main duties and responsibilities

• Liaise with the Managers & Supervisors of all environmental services ensuring services lines are conducted in a professional cost-effective manner.
• Developing each service line and promote self-delivery with Apleona.
• Training of staff for each service line and ensuring the right structures are in place with team
• Pricing work within each service line. Working with service line manager to ensure pricing of work is consistent.
• Dealing with commercial department to ensure commercials are within Apleona guidelines
• Scheduling work for each team witch administrator
• Ensuring safety guidelines are always met in all service lines
• Dealing with sites leads & Clients
• Presentation of the monthly report from each service line under Apleona pillars.
• Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
• Check all equipment that require replacement items as needed.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the CoE Director.
• Working with Team as needed to ensure Quality control

Qualifications and experience

• Good Work Record
• Flexible approach to working as part of a mobile team.
• Qualification in Cleanroom Testing & Procedures (CTCBI Training course)
• Experience in Landscaping and Industrial Cleaning
• Experience in Lab procedures and Lab Testing
• Understand safe working practices and health and safety legislation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
