Glendale Estates manages a Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead contract, delivering green services across grounds, landscaping and arboriculture. As Contract Manager you will lead the contract team, drive performance against budgets and service levels, and maintain strong client relations.
You will report to the General Manager and promote health, safety and ISO-aligned practices while seeking new business opportunities and ensuring a high-quality service delivery on site in Windsor.
