Cadeler is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to turn offshore wind engineering challenges into winning proposals, working with Tender Managers and Technical Sales Managers. You will define solutions, assess risks, and ensure our technical content supports both operational feasibility and commercial competitiveness.
You'll create compelling packages and collaborate with Project Engineers, Vessel Crews, Clients and Suppliers.
