    This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the UK marketing strategy, developing and delivering campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads and support commercial growth. You will work closely with senior leadership, sales and product teams, while overseeing a small marketing function and helping shape the company's presence across digital channels, events and product launches.

    This role would suit an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong B2B background who is confident using CRM and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, and enjoys combining strategic planning with hands on campaign delivery.

    The Role
    • Develop and deliver the UK marketing strategy in line with wider commercial objectives
    • Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, campaigns and customer journeys
    • Drive lead generation and improve the quality and conversion of marketing leads
    • Develop targeted email campaigns, landing pages, forms, CTAs and lead nurturing journeys
    • Manage customer data, segmentation and CRM governance to maximise commercial opportunities
    • Create and oversee engaging content across social media, digital channels and marketing collateral
    • Support go-to-market strategies for new products, services and commercial initiatives
    The Person
    • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing position
    • Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within an engineering, energy, technology or industrial environment
