Mint Selection B Corp is seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Construction Manager to lead critical pre-delivery work for major UK utility-scale renewable energy projects. You will guide Ready-to-Build through Financial Close and into construction, coordinating engineering, land, grid, procurement and commercial teams to ensure readiness.
The role requires 7+ years in renewable energy or infrastructure, EPC experience, and strong governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills.
