JERA Nex bp, headquartered in London, is a 50:50 joint venture between JERA Co. and bp, building offshore wind projects globally. We seek an O&M Readiness Engineer to define and optimize O&M strategies for future projects and to support tender efforts with technical and commercial analysis.
You will collaborate with the O&M readiness team, travel as needed across Europe and beyond, and help translate R&D results into practical, scalable O&M solutions while maintaining a safety first mindset.
