Civil Structural Engineer - Renewable Energy / Dublin 8

I'm excited to be recruiting for a Civil / Structural Engineer on behalf of a fast-growing, mission-driven energy organisation that's accelerating the transition to net zero. With an experienced and innovative team, they're delivering cutting-edge projects across solar farms and high-temperature heat pump systems.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Dublin 8.

• Design structural foundations for modular plant and assess geotechnical conditions
• Produce detailed trenching, ducting & structural layouts
• Support the development and setting out of solar farms
• Evaluate existing structures for added load and provide engineered solutions
• Review and approve civil/structural designs for safety and compliance
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• 8 years' experience in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Level 8 degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Chartered Engineer status (preferred but not essential)
• Strong design & problem-solving skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD/BIM and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communicator with strong decision-making skills
• Passionate about sustainability and decarbonisation
• Full driving licence (ideal but not required)
