We are looking to recruit a SHE Advisor (Health & Safety) to join our fantastic team in our Scotland East region. The role will see you provide regional support to the Divisional SHE Director in the implementation and supervision of the Company's Safety, Health and Environmental policy so as to ensure a healthy and safe environment for all employees and workers engaged on Company business.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Monitor, develop and implement SHE systems to ensure our standards, performance and compliance is of the highest orderProvide support and advice to the Region and represent Regional Management in discussions with employees and external organisations on safety, health & environmental (SHE) mattersSupport the development of Health & Safety management capability within the Region by improving the skills and knowledge of Miller personnelIdentify opportunities for improvement and of best practice in Health & Safety management

    REQUIREMENTS

    Experience working in a similar role, ideally within the housebuilding or wider Construction sectorNEBOSH certification (or equivalent)Experience in carrying out audits, accident investigation and liaison with relevant statutory bodiesA natural leader possessing integrity, presence, drive, determination, natural enthusiasm
