Our client, who operate in the renewable energy sector are looking to increase their commercial team with the assistance of a Quantity Surveyor, based Dublin

About the Position

Working closely with the commercial director, you will become the main central support in providing expertise in the area of quantity surveying for a range a project across the country. The mainly operate in the electrical sector wo you would need experience with HV and MV projects

Experience/Requirements Within this role you are will:

• Cost Management
• Manage a portfolio of projects from a QS perspective
• Responsible for estimating and costings of works required
• Manage and develop a team of quantity surveyors
• Report to senior directors in project plans and developments.
• Manage materials and procurement for the programs.
• Manage the legal aspects of the contracts.
• Manage pre construction through to completion

For this role you are required to have:

• 4 years experience in Quantity Surveying
• Experience in engineering and construction
• Experience in large scale construction programs.
• Contractor experience ideally
