Nordex SE is seeking a Senior Lead Technician for our Inverness service point, supporting wind farms with a permanent contract. Core hours are 37 per week with overtime as required and a 1-hour radius from the wind farms for eligibility.
You will lead and mentor technicians, coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections while ensuring safety and high-quality reporting. The role requires experience as a service/lead technician and leadership capabilities.
