The EHS Manager is responsible for leading the brewery's Environment, Health & Safety agenda, ensuring compliance with AB InBev standards, legal requirements, and VPO methodologies while driving a proactive, ownership-based safety culture. The role will champion AB InBev's ambition to achieve world-class safety performance, eliminate Serious Injuries & Fatalities (SIFs), reduce environmental impacts, and embed safety as a core value across all brewery operations. The EHS Manager serves as a key member of the brewery leadership team and acts as the technical authority on EHS matters. AB InBev's safety approach emphasizes risk reduction, continuous improvement, employee ownership, psychological safety, and strong leadership accountability.
