Lighthouse Charity Shops in Matlock is seeking a Shop Manager for the OUTLET by Lighthouse store on Causeway Lane. You will lead and motivate a team, ensuring a safe, energised environment while delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
The role is 30 hours per week, with shifts across Monday to Sunday, 9am-5pm, at £13.50 per hour. You will be responsible for day-to-day management, stock control, merchandising and volunteer supervision, reporting to the Retail Sales
