Sales Consultant (Renewable Energy)

30,000 (OTE 50,000) + Commission + Full Training + Progression + Training

Are you an ambitious sales professional looking to build a long-term career within the renewable energy industry?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing renewable energy business where you will receive full training, excellent progression opportunities and the chance to significantly increase your earnings through commission.

You'll be working with customers across Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps and MVHR, providing a consultative service and helping customers find the right renewable energy solution for their property.

The role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, personable and motivated by earning potential and career progression, with the opportunity to develop both your technical knowledge and sales ability within a growing industry.

The Role

• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to sale.
• Conduct consultations, surveys and site visits where required.
• Recommend suitable renewable energy solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations and explain technical solutions clearly.
• Follow up enquiries and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Work closely with design and installation teams.
• Achieve agreed sales and conversion targets.

The Person

• Sales or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven and motivated by earning potential.
• Organised, self-motivated and confident managing your own pipeline.
• Renewable energy, heating, construction or technical industry experience advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.
