The Offshore Wind Growth Partnership (OWGP) is seeking an experienced Planning & Performance Manager (12 month FTC) to shape organisational performance, drive operational excellence, and support delivery of the UK's Offshore Wind Industrial Growth Plan.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will own planning and performance reporting across a diverse programme portfolio, develop KPI/OKR frameworks, and produce executive-level insights to inform strategic decisions.
