The Role

As part of the installation team, you will be responsible for:

• Installing solar PV systems and battery storage solutions in domestic and commercial environments.
  
  
• Testing, commissioning and certifying completed installations.
  
  
• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and fault-finding work when required.
  
  
• Ensuring all work complies with current regulations and industry best practice.
  
  
• Delivering a professional and positive customer experience on every project.
  
  
• Maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, safety and attention to detail.
  
  

Working Pattern

• Full-time, permanent position
  
  
• Four-day working week
  
  
• 10-hour shifts
  
  
• Projects located throughout the North East and surrounding areas

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:

Essential Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
  
  
• AM2
  
  
• Solar PV Installation Qualification
  
  
• Battery Storage Qualification

Essential Experience

• Proven experience installing and commissioning solar PV systems
  
  
• Proven experience installing battery storage systems
  
  
• Strong knowledge of BS7671 and current electrical regulations
  
  
• Experience completing testing, inspection and certification
  
  
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
  
  
• Full UK Driving Licence
