OVO Group is hiring a Customer Service Advisor (Zero Carbon Living) in Glasgow. The role is 37 hours per week with 8am-6:15pm, plus one Saturday per month. Base salary starts at £26,794 rising to £27,641 after performance, typically within 9-12 months.
Role includes training in the Glasgow hub with two in-office days and two days per month thereafter. You will help customers through calls and emails, promote OVO products, support vulnerable customers, and contribute to Plan Zero initiatives
