Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator for a hybrid role south of the UK. The role focuses on NEC and JCT contracts within a Commercial Solar PV and EV specialization, handling tenders, pricing and commercial proposals on high-value UK projects.
The successful candidate will price projects from enquiry through to contract award, review drawings and tender documentation, negotiate supplier quotations and manage risks within NEC/JCT frameworks.
