This ambitious renewable energy specialist focuses on domestic solar installations across Lincolnshire and the surrounding regions. Though recently established, they have grown rapidly, doubling their turnover last year and projected to double again this year. With continued exponential growth planned across the industry, they are now looking to add a skilled Solar PV Electrician to their core installation team.

In this role, you will operate directly from home to site with all kit delivered straight to location, with no morning depot runs. Working mainly on domestic solar installs, you'll benefit from a great work-life balance with standard 8am to 4pm hours and a job & knock approach where finishing early means knocking off with a full day's pay.

The Role

• Solar PV electrician working on domestic installations
• Full electrical installation, wiring, testing, and commissioning
• Field-based position running directly from home to site with no depot visits required

The Person

• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition and 2391 Inspection & Testing
• Hands-on Solar PV experience (essential)
• Solax, Tesla, GivEnergy, battery storage, or 3-phase system experience (desirable)
