HydroWing is being developed for the 30 MW Morlais Project off Anglesey, one of Europe's largest consented tidal energy developments and a flagship project helping establish tidal stream energy as a mainstream renewable technology.
Supporting HydroWing is Inyanga Maritime's specialist marine operations capability, delivering offshore surveys, installation, cable laying, foundations, operations & maintenance, vessel charter and marine project management across the offshore renewable energy sector.

Description and Main Purpose of the Job
The Project Hydrographic Surveyor will provide technical leadership and project management for hydrographic, geophysical and geotechnical survey activities supporting the HydroWing programme, the 30 MW Morlais Project and third-party offshore renewable energy projects.
This hybrid office and offshore role combines technical survey expertise with project management responsibilities. The successful candidate will oversee survey planning, contractor management, offshore execution, data quality assurance and client liaison while acting as Inyanga's representative during offshore operations.
Working closely with project managers, engineers, vessel crews and survey contractors, the role will ensure offshore survey programmes are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest technical standards.
