Are you a qualified electrician with strong solar installation experience looking for a role where you can step into a regional leadership position and have real impact?

In this role, you will act as the technical authority for your region, overseeing installation quality across subcontractors and delivery teams, ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly and to the highest standard. You'll play a key role in maintaining technical excellence, supporting live projects and helping to scale the installation network effectively.

• Oversee the quality of solar and battery installations across your region
• Conduct remote and on site quality audits (including WIP checks and post installation inspections)
• Act as the technical expert for Solar PV, battery storage and EV charger installations
• Support and onboard new installation partners and subcontractor teams
• Provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with MCS standards, Part P and industry regulations
• Work closely with operations and project management teams to resolve live installation issues

• Qualified electrician with 5+ years' experience
• Strong background in Solar PV, battery storage and/or EV charging installations
• Confident communicator with ability to manage subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Holds 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, ECS Gold Card and Inspection & Testing
• Strong understanding of MCS standards and electrical compliance requirements
