We are working with a leading contractor seeking a Graduate Environmental Advisor to join their established Health, Safety and Environment team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands on experience supporting environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives across a range of high profile construction projects, while receiving guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.

• Assisting project teams with environmental best practice and day to day environmental matters on site
• Supporting environmental inspections, audits and monitoring activities
• Helping to maintain compliance with ISO14001, ISO50001 and environmental licences, permits and regulatory requirements
• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of environmental documentation, including Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMPs) and waste management plans
• Supporting energy, carbon and waste reduction initiatives across projects
• Collecting and analysing environmental data to support reporting and performance improvement
• Working closely with site teams, clients and environmental specialists to support project delivery

• A degree or relevant qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Sustainability or a related discipline
• A genuine interest in environmental management within the construction, civil engineering or infrastructure sectors
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Flexibility to travel to project sites as required
