Do you want to play a key leadership role where you can shape company-wide standards, influence senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across major infrastructure projects?

This established renewable energy engineering business delivers technical services across large-scale energy infrastructure throughout the UK. With continued investment and long-term growth plans, they are looking to appoint an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead the development of their integrated management systems while promoting a positive culture of safety, quality and operational excellence.

    • Conduct workplace inspections, governance reviews and operational assessments across multiple sites.
    • Analyse incidents and operational trends, implementing preventative measures to improve future performance.

    • A recognised Level 6 Health & Safety qualification (or equivalent).
    • Experience improving management systems and driving operational best practice.
    • Confident influencing senior leaders and engaging teams at all levels.

We are an equal opportunities company and welcome applications from all suitable candidates.
