IC Resources is seeking a Senior MMIC Design Engineer for a growing RF and microwave technology business in the UK. You will own MMIC development from architecture and circuit design through fabrication, testing and production release.
Responsibilities include designing MMICs with GaAs/GaN/InP, developing LNAs and power amplifiers, and collaborating with foundries and test labs in a hybrid working environment.
