Essex County Council is seeking a Park Manager to provide day-to-day operational leadership across Danbury, Cudmore Grove and Marsh Farm Country Parks. You will develop robust plans, manage budgets, drive improvements and identify revenue opportunities while ensuring safety and compliance.
You will lead Rangers and site staff, recruit and develop the team, build strong partnerships with stakeholders, and promote the parks' conservation ethos.
