    Scope of Work:

We are seeking highly experienced offshore wind professionals who can act as technical leads across consultancy and design scopes, particularly for wind turbine generator foundations and offshore substations. The successful candidate will provide technical oversight, lead delivery teams, and contribute to the development of our engineering capability.

    Key Responsibilities / Requirements:

    • Act as a Lead Engineer on a project with minimal supervision, delivering quality work on time and within budget.
    • Lead resolution of complex, high-risk, or novel technical issues, coordinating internal and external expertise.
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality deliverables in compliance with relevant codes, standards and internal procedures.
    • Interface directly with clients, presenting technical solutions, design justification and risk positions.
    • Engage with the existing technical network to support innovation and development of designs, tools and client offerings.
    • Provide technical guidance, mentoring and quality oversight to engineers and senior engineers.
    • Demonstrate significant experience in offshore wind engineering within engineering or client organisations.
    • Proven experience delivering FEED and detailed design projects for offshore fixed-bottom foundations.
    • Specialist expertise in one or more key disciplines - engineering management, primary steel design, secondary structures design, grouted connections, geotech and ground modelling.
    • Ability to influence design decisions and manage technical risk.
    • Strong working knowledge of relevant international design codes and certification processes (DNV, IEC, Eurocodes).
    • Knowledge of safety and quality procedures and best practice.
