We're looking for Electrical Improvers who want a genuine route into the trade. Whether your interest is in LED lighting or Solar PV, we want to hear from you.
You'll work alongside experienced installers and electricians on live commercial projects, gaining hands on experience from day one. Panel mounting, cable pulls, containment, lighting installations, BAC/DC cabling, site set up and safety procedures all form part of the role.
We welcome applications from Level 2 upwards to NVQ Level 3. All qualifications will be assessed and practical trials are preferred to ensure the role is the right fit for both the candidate and the business.
