We invest around $1,000 per appointment Don't waste time knocking doors; we put you in front of qualified homeowners.

• Clearly explain solar options, pricing, and benefits.
• Answer questions and address concerns with confidence and honesty.
• Guide homeowners through a structured decision making process.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development.

• Interpersonal skills, coachability, and self accountability.
• Strong communicators comfortable leading conversations.
• People with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, leadership, education, competitive athletes, or other performance based roles.
• Self motivated professionals who want control over their income.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends to match homeowner schedules.
