As part of the strategy to broaden reach across the Benelux countries, France, Germany, and Scandinavia, our client is looking for a qualified Senior Solar Operations Manager.

• Directly manage project managers, team leaders, planners, logistics, and asset management departments.
  
• Oversee large and complex projects.
  
• Enhance organizational processes and professionalism.
  
• Ensure revenue and profit targets are met.
  

About you:

• 
  
• Passionate about technology with a focus on operations in a project-based technical environment.
  
• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering or Physics is preferred.
  
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in installation projects with a strong technical aspect.
  
• People and process-oriented.
  
• Experience in solar energy, energy storage, energy management, or sustainability is a plus.
  
• VCA-Vol certification or willingness to obtain it.
  
• Possession of a category B driving license.
  

We offer:

• 
  
• A full-time salary between EUR 6,000 and 7,000 gross per month.
  
• Potential annual bonus of up to 20,000 based on team revenue.
  
• Company bonus of up to one month's salary depending on the organization's EBITDA.
  
• Option for an electric/hybrid company car.
  
• Flexible working arrangements, with a minimum of two days per week at the Utrecht office.
